Do people with serious off-road buggies (trailered) fill their tires with beet juice like people do with tractors?

Never heard of beet juice but some fill them with water or water and antifreeze.
Beet juice is like natural antifreeze.

I have done antifreeze and had BB’s in one set of wheels for balancing due to headlocks but never beet juice.
not sure what I'd need wifi for but it has bluetooth capability so thats good enough for me.
