Thanks. I like natural patterns that can blend in the forest.
Nice, it seems like retro is in. A question, were any of the Vietnam era M16s issued in OD green or were they all black at that time? Have any rifles with olive drab green or brown or other camo furniture been issued by the US military outside of snipers and special OPs?
Burnt lasagna ? Sorry but that is what it looks like to me.......

My T.P. wheeling and dealing feedback is here.
Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one, and it stinks more than mine.

Picked up this great older revolver from Rooster1966 on this very forum. 1975 vintage S&W 67 no dash .38Spl. It originally came with a set of Pachmayr Gripper and Altamont magna grips. I had this older set of period correct target grips on hand-they fit me better.
The no dash 66 and 67 briefly had all stainless sights but after a short while following complaints from law enforcement on the difficulty seeing them Smith changed to the red ramp front and black rear prior to other engineering changes. This gun appears to be one that sat around a bit but not shot much. Timing/lockup is spot on. It's a great shooter and will hang around for a long time. Couldn't be happier with the gun or the deal from Rooster. I think I need to get a floral carved Tom Threepersons holster from El Paso Saddlery to top it off lol.
