For hanging ducks, Canton BBQ next to H-Mart and Hong Kong Cafe (HK style and lots of other good stuff) both in Aurora are awesome!

Best Dim Sum is between Star Kitchen and Super Star on Federal.

I don't know any offhand in CS.

I like north or north east style authentic Mandarin over South Cantonese style foods.

Lots of people loves dim sum, but the food on cart walking around reminds me of 80s train style of delivery.

There is also Chinese-Korean (Koreanized Chinese) food Chinese restaurant all over Aurora. One is near H mart near Parker road and one in Havana across Bozarth Chevy.

For COS you would find hanging ducks at the Asian Pacific Market on Platte. $10 for a half and $18 for a whole with the head!
    Was there Saturday.

If you are in the area, there is a good Chinese place for Dim Sum on Evans west of Monaco. In the shopping strip just west of the Mc Donald’s,
For life of me I cannot recall the name.
