    Smart. We've used our vacuum sealer a lot lately for meats and fish, prepared soups and stews, coffee beans, even pet kibble. Double bagged in freezer ziplocs foods can stay fresh and free from freezer burn for years. I've kept different freezer foods separated using cardboard boxes but would like to use sealed plastic bins to further prevent oxidation if I could find the right stackable box containers.

    The spouse uses those reusable / canvas shopping bags, from different stores. Meats and veggies are in color coded bags. Handles make lifting easier and not as prone to breakage as plastic or cardboard.

    Throw in her excel sheets for inventory. 1 for the freezers and 1 inside, as we move from storage to house.

    I use milk crates in my chest freezer.
