    Well its about frickin' time ... this whole COVID nonsense has really thrown a monkey wrench into our plans (we moved to KS back in early February ... expected to be in a new place months ago).

    Anyway, we're under contract finally ... will close on 7/15 (so I guess we haven't technically bought it yet).
