Not as tactikewl as some here but reloads easy, runs clean and goes bang (drip) every time. It's stainless, easy access thumb safety and eats everything that's put in it.

Not as tactikewl as some here but reloads easy, runs clean and goes bang (drip) every time. It's stainless, easy access thumb safety and eats everything that's put in it.
Are you running "Super Caffeine's" or "Sub-decaffeinated's' through it? Whats your grouping look like, have you even shot it yet?

My feedback
For just a simple machine that makes great coffee, we love our Cuisinart.
The only fault I can find is that if the basket overflows for whatever reason - missing pot lid, plugged sneak-a-cup drain - grounds will overflow into the water reservoir, up the hot water pipe, and it will require significant cleaning.
Now if I could just find the perfect automatic Latte machine for my wife that doesn't cost as much as a Walmart AR, we'd be all set.

My last two were Brauns. They lasted for about ten years. Braun no longer makes coffee makers for the US.A Technivorm would be the first choice but $300 for a coffee make seems a little steep. The Bonavita comes in a close second in reviews.
