The Beretta 21A Bobcat .22s have had feeding and extraction issues. The .32 ACP Tomcat has almost as much power as a .380, and I prefer it's trigger and exposed hammer to the polymer .380s that are so popular nowadays. Some guys have had issues with them, and they are a little heavy, but they seem to be pretty good guns. Personally, I'd go with an alloy framed Bersa in .380 instead.
