Up above the picture in that post I answered how long. About 60 ft of fence. My tape measure is under a lot of crap at the moment and I havent actually measured it.

You just dont know how much I want that. More so, I want a house where my neighbor can not just look over the fence and bug me when I am in my back yard.

The reason I brought up the ownership issue and which side the posts are on- the pic you posted shows no posts.
If you follow the industry standard of "owner is posted" side and his kids are tearing up the fence you don't owe him a dime.
