I can't believe this thread is still going on... I guess there is a lot of off topic stuff, but damn...
On one of the off subject topics "dual survival" or any of those, I want my own survival show on discovery. My friend and I who don't know half the shit people like Bear and the rest do will go out in the wilderness and try to survive. Yes, camera crew and all, but we will film till we either escape or get way too sick to move forward, or injure ourselves. The episode will end and a big banner will say if we lived or died. It would be a fun show to bet on I think. All of these shows like Bears are kinda unrealistic. How many people here can climb an avacado tree or do some of the shit they do? Most people don't know half of that crap. That is where my show would come in. I don't know anything really but what the scouts taught me (which wasn't much) and what I learned in science. I think it would be fun.![]()

I don't know how he can build many of the guns he does?
The TommyGun was understandable it was for a police department so its a little fishy, because what SWAT is going to use a tommy gun when they can use MP5's and M4's all day long for the price a colt AR-15.
But how does he build Ma Duece's and Tri-m16's for fun?
First, the M2. Doesn't he have to have a letter from a police department to have a machinegun built after 86?
And even if he had the m16's registered and laying around those are like 16k a piece and he's just going to chop them up and make a tri m16? I think he built those from scratch which is very bad without the proper paperwork.

No, demo letters are required to acquire post-86 stuff via a transfer. However, a qualified manufacturer, such as myself and presumably Red Jacket, can build anything our license allows, and we notify ATF within 24 hrs of completing it.
Once built, we can only dispose of them to other qualified dealers with a demo letter, or to LE/gov agencies or for export; or we destroy the receivers and keep the rest of the parts for later when we're done playing with them.

Well it was one of the funnier things... I've never nasally ejected red bull, I know lemonade sucks, I bet red bull is worse. Ranger, love the imagination you have, but then you forgot to add...
"Tonight, on Dual Survival, the guys buy a tricked out M1 converted into a fully automatic grenade launching, flame throwing, twelve barrel lawn dart spitter from the boys at Pawn Stars, and go out into the wild to see if they can survive on Deadliest Catch's the Wizard crab boat, as Bear Grylls tries his hand at surviving an encounter with the Ice Road Truckers."
