I just finished an 80 rommy g friday, and just had the camera today

Its an all matching number kit with the paper still in the barrel
I picked up a bunch of kits when they went for $75 or so depending who you got them from(and I forgot who i got them from)

This one was stuffed in a box of other stuff that i just recently pulled out of the closet

I used an akbuilder flat and rivets
Finished her off in maganeese park.

All headspaced and ready for a test run.I might have to wait till next weekend to get out to test fire. There isnt too much for free ranges where I'm at and there usualy member first ranges. So i have to wait for my buddy so we can go up to his property

    Thanks guys!
Sooner or later I will figure out how to use this dern camera!!
It has so many different settings and such i just might have to go to tech school just to learn how to use it!
But when I do figure it out I'll post up some pics of a few of my personal favorite battle rifles-Garands and Springfeilds!

Not at the moment-looks like my source has run dry
I have a few other guys im going to try when I'm able to,but there no way near in price as my last guy so i might be stuck with getting them off the boards for now-the prices on the boards would be about the same when you throw in shipping from the other guys
We realy need to get Bogdan off his duff!!

    Ok-time for a range report!!!
    I took her out today
First batch of ammo ran fine-1 30 rdr it was the pre wolf ammo that came in the white box,I honestly cant remember the name-but I think it was military, had the sealed primers and neck
Then I swithed over to the wolf ammo-thats where i started to get some jams and feed hangups

I took it apart and noticed my trigger pin walked out of the hole a bit-the retainer wasnt in the slot-so i popped it back in making sure the retainer was snugin the slot-its one of those one peice ones that the selector lever goes thru the top hole
I lubed up the feed ramp a bit-felt a little rough-then locked and loaded another mag
Lo and behold it ran like a sewing machine afterwards!!!

I realy wasnt checking for groups as much as i was for function, now it passed the break in test-musta ran about 150 rds of wolf after my first mag without a hitch!!(and even bump fired a full mag! )

Next its time to take her out for sighting in and grouping @100 yrds
I'll try and post up the targets when i get it out again
