I appreciate the offer. The urge to actually paint one of my rifles has kind of passed since I posted this thread but the more good looking rifles I see here the more I might change my mind. If I do, I might take you up on that offer. Thanks.

I did actually try it. On an A2 buttstock I had laying around. Way too much work for me. Too much masking things off and the painting, and then more masking off, and then more painting. Turned out looking not too good also. But if you give it a try, post up some pictures.

Here is the "pine straw" camo method I picked up online. Pretty easy to do and even a caveman can do it...

Aevero has kits for MC with stencils and the pain you'd want.

Ok so seriously I have a Mossberg 840 30-30 with a wood stock, I have tried to get a hold of the guys down in the Springs, but no response. If anyone wants some extra $$ to do this to mine, pm me.

I ripped up a piece of cardboard and gave it some jaged edges like leafs or flame almost. Then I painted the rifle a solid base color the held the cardboard at different angles and sprayed over the gun. It gave it a broken up desert tan pattern that I was looking for. Maybe it will work for you as well?

Ok, Badshot. What do you charge? I am hoping you work for beer and spray paint.

I'm interested too... 18 inch shotty, urban camo. Any idea what you would want?
