Thief robs store with syringe filled with "AIDS-infected blood"

We just had a guy in the ER last night that was Hep C positive and spitting blood on people. When PD showed up, he cleared the room, stuck his gun in the guy's face, and told him if he spit again he would be down a face.

My supervisor and another co-worker had to be tested, and that guy tacked a few felonies onto his misdemeanor assault charge.

What would the cops do? A jury or investigative panel would probably be less likely to find fault with a cop shooting him. If I shot him, I'd be careful of the blood splatter, he might really have AIDS. Some libtard DA would prolly throw me under the bus...I'm gonna avoid cupcake shops for now! Stick to donut shops, much safer.

A friend of mine in Detroit actually worked at donut shop, they had a sign that read: Warning, for the incredibly stupid criminals- the safe is on a time lock, we don't carry more than $100 in the drawer, and COPS FREQUENT HERE AT ALL HOURS.
It was a 24-hour donut shop.

Oh yeah. After a good two hours of fighting he was a good little boy. That cop was dead serious too.
