My question is, would you shoot?

I frequent that area fairly often for Moe's bagels and Yogurtland, it creeped me out.
now you asking if you would kill the guy or just wound him? i'd shoot in a lot of cases, but not to kill. shot to the pelvis just above the ding dong will drop anyone, period.

Here we go again...that's a good way to end up in jail even if it was justified.

If you think he wasn't a threat enough, you're going to be in shit.

i know, it would be better to kill someone than to injure them. i know how this country is.

and well it depends on the state also. some have laws in which if you hurt someone trying to defend yourself, they can't press charges on you, neither can their family.

What if he was threatening to stab your dog? What if he threatened to stab an illegal Mexican? What if he threatened to stab the Rare Earth Metal market bubble?

Too many alternatives. I'd just pull my shirt up over my head and hum Amazing Grace as loud as I could until the situation resolved itself.

Nope, it popped a few months ago. I bought my stock at $3.01 a share sometime in 2010. It immediately dropped to $1.00 a share. Over the course of the rest of 2010 and 2011, it shot up to $10.00 a share and I sold it at $9 a share. It has been hovering at $6.xx for a few months now.

    Might be going up again...

By now you may have seen the numerous articles and industry communications regarding how
the scarcity of Rare Earth oxides combined with the hyper-inflation of prices, is having a serious
adverse impact on the lighting industry. Since our May 23, 2011 price increase announcement,

China has dramatically reduced the amount of rare earth oxides available for export and the cost
continues to increase beyond our ability to compensate.
The lighting industry consumes less than 10% of the Chinese export quota for these oxides,
putting the lighting manufacturers at a competitive disadvantage as the supply of these materials
shrinks. Even when it is possible to obtain the oxides, the costs have continued to skyrocket in
    recent weeks.
Oxidized Minerals (Rare Earth Oxides), represent an important input towards producing energy
efficient fluorescent lamps. As a result of the escalating supply and demand pressures for REO’s ,
prices for these obscure elements (China supplies > 95%) have risen dramatically within the last 12
months and continue to show signs of continued escalation into the future.
PS - I work in the lighting industry and we're looking at a likely 50% increase and in the cost of fluorescent lamps as well as shortages in the next 6 months.
