Sorry guys but I just read an article about how we (military) may not get paid on time again. It had smoke coming out my ears a la looney tunes. I had to share my experience by laughing with (and at ) you.
What really pissed me off though is USAA said they would or might advance us pay. First it takes a private company to pay us. What a worthless fucking government.
Then USAA won't finance my car but they'll lend money to someone who is curretly about to default? Are the underwriters drunk?
