    Default Patrol Rifle Build

So I have decided to build up my patrol rifle a little bit. I want the ability to attatch a flashlight, and vertical foregrip to it.

It is starting out as a standard A3 Bushy M4.

    I have ordered the
    LaRue 7.0 Forend
Tango Down Battle Grips (for when we finally get some optics approved)
    Tango Down rail panels
Tango Down CAR stock ambi-QD rear sling attatchment
Daniel Defense QD Rail sling attatchment
The new Vickers Tatical 2 point Sling.

I didnt know LaRue updated their design of the forends until I recieved my new one. The other one I have is the old style and does not have the QD sling attatchment. Its pretty cool LaRue caught on to that and added the feature. Being Left handed I dont know if the attatchment is going to be in a good spot or not.

I have been playing with the new sling on my other M4 with the old LaRue setup. So far I really like the sling. I need to practice with it more though.

I have also ordered the Trijicon 3-dot night sights for it but they are on back order.

When some schedules finally match up I will be installing the forend, Thanks to a fine member here on the board.

I will post pictures of progress and when she is complete.

All parts were ordered from SKD Tactical, Lightfighter, and Midway USA. Great service and fast shipping from all the above companies.

Alright so it is finally together. Took it to the range today and got it all dialed in and tested. She will start patrol tomorrow.

Here it is with the upper taken apart and ready to go together.

    Here the upper is together.

And just a few photos to show it off.

So have you seeing any sway in the FF with the sling mount being on that front edge?

No no movement in the tube at all. The LaRue tubes are VERY solid.
