    Default Just a reminder........

Since today I had a bimbo blonde almost kill me on my bike.....

LOOK WHERE YOU TURN. LOOK WHERE YOU CHANGE LANES!

Bikes are out there in this nicer weather folks.

tho I do believe that most the folks here do NOT have the head up ass driver mentality ( since I feel this carries over to being careless with guns.. if your too careless you probably have already shot yourself.) so just a reminder.. and remind the ones you love.. look out for the motorcycles.

    back story if anyone cares..

going down 14th ave ( a 3 lane one way for those that don't know) this broad turns left from the center lane with me in the left most lane ( riding about center in said lane) I clipped the front of her SUV.. got a scrape on my elbow and a scrape on my knee.... mostly just a couple raspberries... will heal up in a few days ... no damage to the bike.. I didn't even drop it. left a decent scrape down the side of her SUV. probably from my bar end..

    Keep the eyes open folks.

Glad your ok man! You are the lowest member of the food chain on a bike. Use to hate getting on I76 to go to wor and see some chick putting on make up and sway into my lane then look at me like wtf. Be safe out there its been a bad summer for bikers this year.

Wow, I'm happy that raspberries are all you got out of it. I have had idiots nearly send me to the pavement many times and I'm a VERY attentive rider.

On the other hand, last Sunday the milf decided she wanted to go up to Mt. Evans. We took 103 from Bergen Park and traffic was heavy in both directions.
Signs clearly state that bicyclists must ride single file.
I couldn't count the times we encountered a long line of cars waiting to pass bikers riding two and three abreast. When we were able to pass I'd give them a very short beep of the horn to let them know my intentions. Half the time we got the finger as we passed.

I can't count the amount of times I have been flipped of by cyclists when I pass safely. You're going slow, I waited for a legal passing zone, gave you lots of room and you flip me off? F'ing cyclists!

Glad you're alright man. Car v bike is a scary scenario. One I've survived a few times myself. Last one was a Ford F-250 that pulled out in front of me on a 40mph road. I lucked out on that one and decided to hang it up for good after over a decade of close calls, none of which were my fault.

    Bike

    Bicycle
