As far as all of this goes, just because you don't like what someone is doing (especially if it isn't hurting anyone), doesn't give you the right to be a dipshit and pull a juvenile move to piss them off. I'm sure you also do things that piss people off and would be pretty angry if some asshole randomly came up to you and did something just to piss you off because of it.
Hence why I am usually pretty courteous to cyclists... guess it goes back to what my parents taught me growing up- the golden rule. Somehow I don't think a lot of people caught on to that sentiment.
