You can get both. But don't cheap out on Scopes! That is one of the best tools you have. A bad scope can give you different results every time! Even with factory loads. If you have good optics you can dial it to the reload no matter what velocity, In MOST cases. Also let you're barrel cool between shots / tests. Heats up warps 1" off one way or the other or more!!
