Good luck- those still alive that lived through it were children at the time, and odds are weren't really paying much attention... but it would be neat to hear their take. Shit! I jumped the gun. Sorry. I'll ask my Grandpa about it, but he was like 10-14 during that time... doubtful he'd remember it. But he can testify to the greatness of America during WWII.
