    I cut down trees, is that a bad thing? Should I not tell the good people of Boulder? They of all people should understand my reasoning... fire mitigation. Dare I remind them of the 4-mile canyon fire?

    They also get mad at wind turbine power generation for killing birds and power generating dams for killing fish. WTF do you want hippies?!?! You want green energy but then want to stop it when two fish and a bird dies...

    Fish ladders fixed most of the issue. Just like repainting the wind turbines would fix much of the issue. Oddly I think purple is the color that keeps the most birds away. Most of the people making a big deal about birds and windmills are those who are paid by the fossil fuel industries.

    The fossil fuel industries know they are in deep shit because every study (even their own) point towards running out of all types of these fuels in the next 25-50 years. We have reached Peak Oil and on the downward slope of the fossil fuel age...

    I came up with the idea of a really big solar panel array in Boulder that has "Asteroids- AIM HERE!", but due to lack of funding the idea was scrapped.
