Rails

So I am looking to replace my MOE FDE rail for a quad style rail. My AR is setup for FDE. I am looking at maybe the Troy drop in rails or Midwest Industries rail in FDE. Does anyone have any experience with these and how close will they match Magpul FDE? Or should I just get black rails with Magpul FDE ladder covers?

I have the Midwest Industries Gen-1, 2-piece dropin rails on both my AR's. The one pictrued below is my custom 9mm AR build that I did a few years back. I used the FDE rails with black ladder rail covers. Hope this helps.

I use Troy stuff and it's quality kit but can't comment on the color since keep mine black since it's a work gun and I play in the dark.... You'll probably want rail covers anyway since rails have a tendency to tear off flesh if you make contact with them during running and gunning shooting.
