    Default Winchester 94 AE 357mag

Saddle ring/short barrel and all picked it up today for $200! My dad even threw in a shoe box full of mixed ammo of course no 357 but a box of 38 a box of 38 short and a box of 38 blanks and a box of 22 blanks. Like 7 boxes of 243 and I don't have a 243? Not a bad deal for $200

    Screaming deal! Nice looking, too.

I recently picked up a Marlin 1894C in .357, it's lots of fun, but wasn't near as good a deal as yours. Enjoy!

Does your dad want to adopt another kid?

(Maybe he has a Stery AUG to sell me for like $400 bucks?)

Now instead of picking up another glock 23 I need to get a 357 stubby small frame ccw piece to make reloading 357 worth it.

It was actually a friend of his, my dad was gonna buy it then decided not to so I said I would take it for $200. My dad just threw in the ammo he had.

Speaking of ammo, I have never had 38 short? Whats the skinny?

The skinny is, it's not the right ammo for that rifle so don't use it! .38 Special would be OK, but that ".38 short" is most likely .38 S&W, which is an old revolver cartridge, not compatible with .38 Special arms. It's a different animal, used in a lot of old top-break type pistols, don't even try it in a .38 Special revolver.

Oh, very cool little carbine and a helluva deal! For $200....you suck, you know that, right?
