Faux, from the French for false; not real.

Thank you, but I don't pride myself on the French language. Don't want to either, bunch of va jay jays. And obviously I knew the definition Hoosier, but thank you for your providing one anyway.

I was totally setting you up for the French language slam. Like a volleyball bounce to leave you there for the slam.

I still don't understand the sterotype that the French can't win wars, though... as recently as 1811 Napolean rolled a good chunk of continental Europe under the tricolor.

I believe its called a 'bump' or a 'set' in volleyball, but again I don't try an gain expertise in that area, volleyball. You got me real good Hoosier, whew. Also, never mentioned anything about them winning, fighting or losing wars. They are just pussies. But thank you again.

As recently as 1811... so what you're saying is their last "victory" was about 200 years ago?

Not so sure the French could be considered a modern force to be reckoned with...

When is the last time a western (NATO) nation won an outright victory? Britian in Malaysia in the 50's? Not that we don't tactically win every battle but the strategic war.
