I say if caught you shouldn't be able to get on welfare ever again... you starve, the state takes your kids, and nature works it's course. Too bad the system is so overloaded that it'd be impossible to check every recipient out.

Welfare is a lifestyle. It has been for a long time, 2-3- 4 generations. Keep working. Millions (48+) people on welfare depend on you.

Interesting... could it be that perhaps we won? Or maybe he saw how truly wrong he was and is too embarrassed to come back and admit he's on our side now? Or maybe he figured something out and put on a foil hat and won't leave his basement while gripping a mossberg tightly...
