I see tons of Jeeps and other 4x4s with the FNJeep stickers on them. So I assume that means something.

Ifn they don't do service there I be they could point you in the right direction.

As for shocks, that's generally something you can do yourself (unless you also need an alignment).

I used to recommend Aspen Coachworks but I think they've slipped in the honesty department (too eager to upsell ... but they're still good mechs, and they're not outright dishonest like many are).

While I have no experience with them, I hear these guys are good with the Japanese cars http://www.japaneseconnection.net

Some factory service manuals (which may have instructions in there somewhere)

Good to know ... if I find myself with a Jeep (which is the plan once the Porsche is gone) than I will make sure not to use them.

That's the one that I used to go to (haven't needed a mech in quite a while)

Guy that came to look at a car I have for sale couldn't stop raving about them, said he has been taking his toyotas to them for the last 15 years and wont go anywhere else.

I went over there once for something small and felt like they did me right.

EDIT: Check out clolorado4x4.org if you haven't all ready, decent folks and classified section. Some fellow co-ar15 members over there too.
