    I should be OK. I embrace my inter fattie all the time, and can't seem to get fat. Had a full pound of lamb chops (ok, 0.92lbs according to the label) last night with no sides or anything, followed by lots of cookies and cream ice cream... then took a big crap this morning and worked out till I couldn't
