Those are all good points above but ballistics are a valid reason not to use it in a carry gun. The utter lack of stopping power isn't good and shooting to wound (which is likely to happen) is just pretty messed up. The extra punch the stingers get you out of the barrel would probably just increase the chance of it zipping right through what you're shooting at.
