I've dealt with plenty of gun shops where the people i spoke to were VERY nice.

No excuse for bad customer service, not in the USA that is... oversee CS is pretty bad but in the states, you better have good service. I guess they better thank that they didnt do that to me, some ATF guy would be laughing his ass off at this time probobly.
