Need a Vmax recipe please!!

First off sorry if this has already been posted.......but,i am looking for a recipe for .223rem 55gn vmax with varget powder, shooting an M4gery 1:9 twist 16" bbl,if somone has a hornady book and can give me some info that would be great!!usually load sierra but wanted to try some vmaxes thanks..........
