    I wacked a few Badgers earlier this year. A very unpleasant dispostition. And direct competition for P-Dogs. Marmots (yellow bellied) do live at elevations below 8k, I have shot multiples of them at 5-7K. CO has a season on them, but on private land they make a cool noise when hit with a 40gr v-max. They are super destuctive to hay meadows and buildings. They breed like rabbits, one of the guys that we shoot with killed 17 in his front yard a couple of years ago.
