    In article it states "makeshift built". Actually, one of our big 3 domestic swill breweries had several hundred built about 2009 to give away (I even entered a drawing) . They had special options like padded handlebars, under-inflated tires, extra wide lid, and front counter-balance weights to avoid flipping over. A specialized scooter for the inebriate operator. Guess Australian PD depts. didn't get the memo. And yes, they were Cruizin' coolers w/Bud stickers (ok, I made the custom stuff up).

    Didn't they try that once. Didn't work out so well and think of all of the lost tax revenue Uncle Sam would miss.

    I know several. College town, everyone rides bikes... You can see where this is going.
