Going to have to get with DirecTV and upgrade my equip - including the dish. Signal strength had been degrading over the last 6 months. Several channels got dropped with a "searching for satellite" about a month ago.

Check to make sure your dish is mounted to a solid surface and hasn't moved. Once you confirm that just readjust the dish. Same thing happen to me earlier this year.
