    Default Vortex Strikefire

    Son I bought a Vortex Strikefire about two months ago, but yesterday was the first day I could play with. But there is a problem, the windage and elevation knobs do not work .

    Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be and how to fix it? I am sure it is not operator error, since three other guys tried to sight it in and could not. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    vortex has a no-questions-asked lifetime warranty. Shoot them an e-mail, and I'm sure they'd be happy to help you out.

    A guy I know had a SPARC that would turn on/off every few shots, and he sent it to vortex, and they returned him a BNIB red dot. They have great customer service.

    I did just as you said and they had me ship my scope to them. I come home today and BAM brand spankin new scope with all the accessories. Thanks for the info, awesome customer service!
