From private party = legal.

Total bullshit on CBI's part but I'm not surprised. Bought a ton of handguns from PP before I was 18. I'd suggest selling to the guy. As for CBI they'd probably say no if he was 21 as well.

It is not ilegal I have heard cbi say that before. However in colorado it is not illegal for a privite party to sell. Ffl is a differnt story
