depending on who quotes you, medical grade TI i believe rates differently than "unfit for human consumption" Ti does.

Its probably Ti 6Al-4V. But you will probably have to get it tested to really know. I have no idea if it's worth anything after being formed into what was put in your body. It might not be reusable, but I suspect it can be if it's ti6-4.
Damn dude, I hope the VA gave you 100% on separation. Those are some crazy x-rays and a hell of a lot of sacrifice on your part.
