I was watching the news tonight and they did a thing on Libya, and made a comment about the "celebratory" shooting... while playing a clip of a rebel pointing his AK in the air and firing off a few rounds. Rebel didn't think to look behind him, and ended up firing with the muzzle no more than 4" from another guys ear.
They aren't the brightest.
The rebel groups all have (or had) a common enemy, but not a common goal... the different groups and tribes all have different ideas as to what should happen now. The coming months will be interesting.
