Intelligent and NY in the same reference?
I think something smells.

On one hand, I don't like the idea of state employees being trained at a federal level to do a state job. I don't like the idea of pseudo-CIA ops being done in country on whoever they want for whatever reason they can justify it with on the report. I don't like the precedent this sets for future ops on other target groups, such as "right wing extremists."
I DO, however, think that having undercovers hanging around in mosques, hookah bars, places with high Muslim traffic is a GREAT idea. Having intel reports of all of the mosques in the area, major players in the Muslim community, etc. is a GREAT idea.


If we just outlawed Islam we wouldn't have this situation....
