Looking for a mid-length gas "dissipator" barrel

Not having much luck finding one. Looking for something similar to the Bushmaster "Dissipator" barrel but I would prefer the mid-length gas system over the carbine length one. Does somebody offer such a thing or am I going to have to have one custom built? Thanks.

This is about the only one I've seen like that and they are out of stock right now- maybe a call to Spike's would get you what you want.

I bought one a while back, these guys make really good stuff for reasonable prices
Im not sure if your looking just for a barrel but this is a middy gas.
