I'm a dude, I swear!
Get the proper training or you may pay for it

A little bit of where I stand. SkagSig40 and several others here took the ICE Combat Focus class last month and had our eyes opened to a new reality of dynamic critical incident shooting. I for one had to change a number of taught habits learned in other class. The thinking behind the method was convincing, however. Now I look at all training in a more critical way as it relates to what happens in a dynamic critical incident shooting. I now train to how my body will react in a stressful shooting environment. I train to be accountable for my rounds in that environment and be aware of others that might get hurt or killed because of my action. We fight as we are trained.
With so many schools out there today it is amazing how far people go with their philosophies. This video is about as far out there as any I've seen. There are so many things that are unsafe and could cause negligent rounds to go anywhere. If one trains under these methods how much is the teacher responsible for their students? Of particular interest is at 6:40 and 15:30. The video is a bit long, but it is an education on making sure you get the proper training.
