    Default Fulton Armory

Does anyone here know about their rifles or had any experience with them? Looking at the Mod 1.

I have one of their Garands, with a Krieger barrel and match trigger. It's a sweet shooter; very high quality build.

$3000+ price tag on that sweet boom stick....

I think you'll have better chances of saving more money building it yourself. get yourself a SAI Scout for $1300 and buy the EBR stock for $700 and that's probably priced brand spanking new. I've seen SAGE stocks sell as low as $600 in pretty mint conditions.

Other than that... I think Fulton makes really good M14 parts and M14 rifles. I've read a couple of good things about'em and haven't seen any negatives about'em, but I could have missed a few reviews.

I have 2 (and have had two others)
the 2 current ones are both Super Scouts (18" barrels) which is by far IMHO the best way to get an M14. The 21's are too long, the 16's are too short.

    it's a DAMN FINE rifle.

It's noticeably better than a nice springfield armory.

    is it $1000 better?

Only you can answer that, but mine are not for sale.

There used to be a TV commercial where the kid said: "Good stuff Maynard"

Fulton Armory is "Good stuff Maynard"!
Hard to do better in the M1A platform short of a custom build, even then still hard to beat.

Fulton Armory is first class all the way. Probably worth the money if you're into precision-made equipment.

There quality control is pretty darn good!
I know, the company I work for makes there castings and I do the magnetic particle testing on them
If theres a tiny blem in the casting they wont accept it

I wonder if I can get a discount on one?
