Sounds like a safe place.

Man the next safe I get I dont care where it goes but I will be putting some De-humidifyers in. I had my last one in my buddy's garage for 2 weeks while I moved and man.....Lets just say gander will buy anythinglost a couple nickle plate pistols over that.
Should be ok but you can never be too safe...I have one of those dehumidifier that has an color indicator that changes, and all I have to do is plug it in a household socket for a few hours. Was like $25

My Feedback
I had it in that safe for 2 years, never had to bake it. I'll bring it up next time I see you![]()
If you guys ever want a huge bag of desiccant for your safes stop by any Harley shop. Harley Davidson motorcycles are shipped in a crate, sealed in plastic with a couple big ol bags of desiccant inside about the size of a loaf of bread. if you go to your local HD dealership and ask em real nice for one or two bags and most of em will give em to you for FREE!!!!!
Concrete is not a vapor barrier. If they didn't put a vapor barrier down before pouring the concrete you might want to put one down under the safe before you bolt it down.
Cool maybe I'll pay you for the safe too.
No.....any tips on how to find them? I'm pretty sure my pipes are routed in the basement and through the walls from there.
Also will be using silicone socks for my more valuable guns Garands etc.... do they work worth a shit.
Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Haw haw haw?..
