need some info on a Colt lower

I have the option trading some stuff for a Colt LEO marked carbine lower with a Bushmaster A3 14.5" upper with permenantly attached vortex hider on it. It is a standard pin Colt lower which makes it more appealing.

the markings on the left side of the lower say
Colts Law
Enforcement
Carbine
CAL 5.56mm
SER LE008xxx
the xxx is numbers didnt really want to post up the entire serial number since its not my gun yet

can anyone give me any info on this lower, like what its worth or anything
how can you determin the difference in 6920, 6921, 6721, etc without an upper or is that possible.
I am goin to call colt in the morning and see what they can give me from the seriel number.

That rollmark is for the 692x series carbines. The 6920 comes with a 16" M4 bbl, 6921 is 14.5" M4 bbl. Call Colt with the serial number and they can tell you what it left the factory as. The 6721 is rollmarked

Colt AR15A3
Tactical Carbine
CAL 5.56
SER LBDxxxx

and the 6520 says:

Colt AR15A2
Gov't Carbine
Cal 5.56
Ser. LGCxxxx

You can get these from SAW for about $400 (lower w/ internals no stock).
