what happened to jack of all trades?
T&E = timing and elevation. Primarily used for indirect fire weapons such as mortars. Also used for Fixed or Base rapid fire heavy weapons.

Not to nitpick, Byte, but it's Traverse & Elevation- moving the muzzle side to side, and up and down.

As for the Joke; Joke's on you as we sit around and laugh at the fables of your long range 1911 prowess.
