Amateur photog, looking for stuff to shoot

Hey guys (and/or gals)! I have a pretty serious photography hobby, and I'd like to kick it up a notch. I'm looking for people, places and events to shoot (pictures). Right now, this is more for me to build a portfolio than to make any money. I'd love to shoot pictures of people shooting bullets, and maybe some other adventures too. If any of you are going to practice for IDPA or 3-gun or just going to blow off a few rounds anywhere in the Denver area, I'd love to tag along. I'll even bring a few things that shoot bullets.

Heck, I'm interested in taking pictures at just about any type of event or activity. Concerts, 4-wheeling, mountain biking, dirt biking, etc. Pretty much anything exciting. I'm not really looking at doing boring portrait work or weddings or a Sweet 16.

My current collection of things that go bang might not interest you as a lot of it is a bit dated (SAA, old engraved lever action, etc...) but if you're into modeling shoots I can talk to some of the ladies I know and see if they're up for it.
I bet Kelsey would be down, and she ain't new to the business...

Enthusiast - I just might take you up on that offer. I'm in CO until Sep 26th, so pretty much any time before then would work. I'd also like to put some rounds thru my AR before then.

mcantar18c - Maybe we could do a weekend CO AR-15 shoot and Ms. Kelsey could show up. I wouldn't mind snapping a few pics of her, especially with a few firearms. I have made a rule, though, that if I can't show the images to my mother, I don't want to do the shoot. Nude/trashy isn't a direction I want to go.

Re-reading what I said, I don't want to imply that Kelsey is trashy. Just wanted to clarify that...

I'd be happy snapping pics (I keep wanting to say "shooting", but I don't think that would work well in a firearms forum) of either of them. I'd be willing to provide all of the appropriate "props" and some basic firearms instruction if they're interested.

I was waiting for one of you asshats to ask that.
I used to run a popular club in Parker (where I met Kelsey), I did a bit of photography of my own (met Heidi), have a friend that does modeling shoots (meet LOTS of girls through him), done a bit of personal training for the girls when they wanted to get toned and whatnot (photographer friend sends them my way), and simply networking and making friends. Dated half of em too
