you are more right than you think that is the going to be the next regulated emission in the diesel industry in 07 we did particulates in 2010 it was NOX next according to the engineers from my factory training class last week is CO2

They have to keep finding things to regulate to attempt to, or make a show of, keeping themselves relevant. EPA, OSHA, DOT, and other Govt. alphabet agencies, in my opinion, have gone from doing almost anything good to being a destructive force that seems to be hell bent on destroying our economy.
