Well, DPD will have some new issues now though, the new Safety Manager is coming from the Supreme Court - Justice Martinez will be announced soon for this position. It will be interesting having that caliber of legal experience running the shows.

Sometimes people trip and fall down stairs.
Sometimes assholes push people down stairs.
That doesn't mean "stairs are bad" nor does it make someone who pushes someone down the stairs any less of an asshole.

You and me both. Your post oozes restraint. Understandable. I know my old agency would have fired them for lying in their report alone. They would have probably had to deal with assault charges too. They would quit in less than 6 months if they worked for me. I don't but into the inmates being in control of the asylum.

Yep... I have no respect whatsoever for any organization or individual in charge of an org that will allow people who are put in a position of trust to abuse that trust and then come back to work... no, that doesn't fly. And now reason number 1,684,298 why I'm glad I don't live in Denver City/County and why I really do try to limit my time spent there.

I'm disgusted too. Those turds shouldn't even be security guards at WalMart. And if a citizen defended himself against a renegade cop like one of those guys and gave him a beatdown like that, he'd never see daylight again. If he even lived to tell about it.
