Hello!

Figured I introduce myself since It's my goal to be moving there in the next couple of years. I've been in LE for 31 years with a little over a year to go. Hope to retire to the Lyons or Fort Collins area. My daughter lives in Longmont and we occasionally stay up in Estes Park. Your state is beautiful and I need to escape from California!
