Mars is entirely inhabited by robots.
I use to ride motorcycles along Sante Fe near Evans on the weekend when the companies were closed. Its light rail now.
Who are you to want to escape a thugs bullet? That is only a personal prejudice, ( Atlas Shrugged)

they can call it what they want and change it every few years, don't matter to me.
I call them fiddler's green, elitches, and mile high.
I marched to class in the cold and snow while stationed at Lowry AFB. Now it is some kind of civilian community. Houses so expensive I couldn't afford to buy one. Kind of a shame really, but at least the Cold War is over.
My dad was discharged from the Army Air Corps in 1946 from Lowry Field...the edge of town...

My sister graduated from Big Red (If you know the Monument area, you know what I am talking about). I hit the big time with 150 in my Lewis Palmer graduating class; now there are several hundred per grade in two high schools. I don't recognize much down there anymore. Mt Herman was once a clean, quiet, courteous, and respectable place to get away, camp, and shoot. NOT anymore!
Both my sister and brother went to the western slope to escape the population storm and all the BS on the front range. I sure envy them at times. My 58 year old sister can't really come to Denver anymore because the crowds bother her too much. She just stays on her cattle ranch and enjoys the simple life.
There isn't much recognizable from the springs to Longmont; its all pretty frustrating. The 285 mountain towns aren't bad, but the simple, easy going, patient lifestyle of years past are all GONE!
