Yeah if a seller wants a BOS thats his/her perogative but that is something that HAS to be disclosed in the original thread. I dont think so, if you look at how I started my reply I stressed that it is the sellers perogative to ask for one or not. If thats what they want fine, but that needs to be disclosed up front.

I think instead of a BOS I am just going to start requiring a DNA sample instead. No name, no DL#, just a strand of hair or some blood.
