Default How many lefties here shooting with a right handed upper?

I don't mind the shells but it would be nice to switch to a left handed upper because of the smoke and stink one of these days.

There are probably more lefties on here that do but they just havent posted.

It doesnt bother me too much. The thing that bothers me the most is all the powder burns you get on your face from it. Specially when it is cold out side and your face is cold then you take a shot and that hot powder hits your face. That sucks!

I was thinking of getting a left handed upper but now I am thinking not. If I buy another rifle it will probably be right handed as I am guessing not a lot of manufactures make left handed versions of thier rifles.

Might as well get used to it. Or do I have that wrong?

Not totally wrong, but at least DPMS and Rock River are making obvious marketing pushes for their lefty AR's. There isn't much of a reason why if you're a lefty, that you shouldn't be able to enjoy the same basic safty that the righty's do.

Yes Stag arms is the best design I have seen of the lefties so far. They are a true reproduction of the right handed model rather than DPMS just put a cut out on the left side of the reciever and left everything else on the right side. Unless they have changed them.

I'm not a left eye dominant, but I feel for ya anyway (Does this mean I'm a closet liberal? )

I'm really a fan of Stag products except for the hunting logo.

I would rather have a Stag. You should see the snake on mine.
